I built the tool I wished I had when I was closing deals.
I spent three years wholesaling — mostly in the Southeast, doing 4–6 deals a month at my peak. The volume was there, but the back-office work was killing me. Three hours every morning pulling records. Reusing the same bad call script. Texting buyers one by one because I had no system.
