1. Information We Collect

We collect information you provide directly:

• Account data: Name, email address, password (hashed)
• Profile data: Experience level, target markets, phone
• Billing data: Processed by Stripe — we store only your Stripe customer ID
• Content: Property notes, lead information, buyer contacts you enter
• Photos: Property photos you upload for repair estimation

We collect automatically:

• Usage logs: features used, AI calls made (for billing and limits)
• Basic analytics: page views, session duration (anonymized)

2. How We Use Your Information

• To provide, maintain, and improve the Service
• To process billing and enforce subscription limits
• To send transactional emails (trial reminders, payment receipts)
• To detect and prevent fraud and abuse

3. AI and Your Data

We use Anthropic's Claude API to power AI features. Your data is sent to Anthropic for processing per request but is not stored or used to train models by Anthropic or by Wholely. See Anthropic's privacy policy for details on their data handling.

We do not use your leads, buyer contacts, or property data to train any AI models.

4. Data Sharing

We share data with third parties only as follows:

• Stripe — payment processing
• Supabase — database and file storage (US-based)
• Anthropic — AI processing (per request only)
• Google — Street View photos for property analysis (if enabled)

We do not sell your personal data. We do not share it for advertising purposes.

5. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. Upon account deletion, we delete your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.

6. Security

We use industry-standard security measures including encryption at rest and in transit, row-level security on your database, and regular security audits. No method of transmission is 100% secure.

7. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your data
• Data portability (export your leads, buyers, notes)
• Opt out of marketing communications

8. Cookies

We use essential cookies for authentication (Supabase session management). We do not use third-party advertising cookies.

9. Children's Privacy

The Service is not directed to children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notice at least 30 days before the change takes effect.
